Our spring renewal workshop is for you, if you are having trouble shaking off some old energies, stuck beliefs or behaviors that aren’t aligned with your true nature. The Earth is calling forth our gifts and it is time now to step into alignment and begin anew. The workshop will provide an in-depth mind, body, spirit renewal experience, facilitated by:
Sarah Ix’Chel Moe of The Sacred Seasons: High priestess, author, teacher, coach and sustainability leader who uses systemic tools, spiritual science, and ancestral practices from the North and South to reconnect people to wellbeing, living in the rhythms of nature and soul
Emily Manderson of Our Resilient Nature: a nature-based wellness coach and meditation teacher, who provides practical tools to align to true nature.
Emily and Sarah Ix’Chel will hold the sacred container, offering embodiment practices and tools for transformation so participants can align mind, body and soul with the potent energies of renewal and resurrection.
